We always arrive at the time we say and if we are 20 minutes late we always warn you in advance. The firewood is unloaded where it has to be unloaded, we do not throw it at the door and we do it quickly.

We usually serve from one day to another and if you are not happy we can withdraw the firewood and give you your money back and the most important thing we always ask how much firewood you want so you can use all the quantity you buy and if any piece of firewood is big we will change it in the next order or you can go to the warehouse to return it.
